So as title says would 13.2 be big enough for me. I would prefer about 14hh at the least but cant find that. Its a native pony. Im about 5ft2 and about 8.5stone. I ride a 13.3 fell and feel ok. The ponies on loan.
Thanks!

I used to ride a 13.2 pony & I am 5'2" & (was!) 9.5 stone. As long as the pony is not too fine & you can take the ribbing from people on 16.2s who(literally) look down on you go for it. Pony's are fun.

will speak to my mom when she gets in. Although she did say i could have a loan ages ago but nothing came up!

I am 5ft11 and used to ride/compete (locally) a 13.3 pony. I was about 9 stone at the time. I did look a little tall but he had no probs jumping up to 4ft6!!!!

My mare is 13.1h and I'm 5ft7, 9st. We hunt for full days, jump, everything!

I bred her daughter who will mature at 14h-14.2h and I will back her when the time comes

I'm 5ft 8 and 11 stone, I now have a 14.2 but was still riding my 13.2 until i reached about 10 stone. She was more than happy to carry me and compete. If you feel happy on the pony then go for it and enjoy yourself.

Yes it is ok. My daughter is 5'3" and still rides her 13.2. He is very whizzy & she competes him still. In fact he is totally unsuitable for a small child, as he has quite the cheeky attitude!!! Some ponies are just made for bigger riders!!

I'm a stone heavier than you and a few inches and ride 13hh section B's fine. You will be fine, probably not even slightly big!
