I ordered some over 2 weeks ago as I like the ethic behind the product and it looks like it will be good for my horse who needs a diet to suit EMS/EPSM but I have heard nothing apart from a rumour they are having difficulty getting it into the UK? I think I will stick with Dengie at this rate.

I use Agrobs - it's brilliant feed, fantastic quality so hang on in there. All the feed barns have run out, we were told the feed is stuck in Calais. Something to do with lorries stuck in the issues with the tunnel. Of course it could be a lie, but a lot of people are starting to use it, so am sure they want to keep their new market in the UK happy! Try calling Red Rufus for an update, they do the UK sales for the product, just google them.

Ditto, after a long trip to my nearest stockist was told there was none left. This was my biggest fear when I swapped feed. I ordered direct and was told it should be here within a week. Maybe a rethink in feed again :(

If you go to their facebook page it says they've had problems getting the lorries through Calais but they've had a delivery now and clearing the backlog. I'm about to reorder, find it easiest to phone.

Red rufus have been impossible to get hold of in my experience - I have tried twice to contact them as I liked the theory behind the product, the first time I received a response but not the sample, the second time they didn't even respond. Decided if they couldn't be bothered to get back to me, I wasn't going to give them my business.

The stuff about the tunnel is odd - I live right by it and there is steady flow of daily traffic, if there ever is a delay it is hours not weeks!!

A few people at our yard use Agrobs and it's all getting stuck in France! Good stuff if you can get it though!

If you're near the Tonbridge area of Kent there's a brilliant stockist just down the road from me who also sell Thunderbrooks - I can PM you their number if necessary :)

The biggest problem people say they have is lack of communication. Such a shame as I am sure people will go elsewhere if they prove to be unreliable

I have heard of problems with their website however as I've either messaged on fb or phoned and not had a problem can't comment directly. Also if you phone you can check if there's any delay.

I am waiting for my sample to arrive before I consider swapping. Its taken 2 weeks so far and I have had nothing, I don't think I will be changing to them.

I haven given up trying to contact them, I have left emails and voicemails no answer. Will be getting a refund and going onto simple systems instead, Such a shame as I really like the idea and the samples were of very good quality, but I'm not prepared to be left high and dry with lack of supply. Thanks all.

I haven't had any problems getting through to Red Rufus, though I have never emailed nor sent messages via social media. I phone them up, they answer and I order. I've had delays from orders arriving but I'm a stockpiler so don't tend to run too low before getting some more in.

It is a very different feed to Simple Systems, my horse didn't do well on SS but loves the Agrobs. I think its much better quality.

I have been waiting for a bag of musli for 3 weeks plus and not impressed, its a shame because I like the feed. I use thunderbrooks now, easier to get hold of and both good feeds.

Yes there have been issues.
I get mine delivered from a supplier in Ringwood. They've had big problems the lay few weeks.
They did get the order in last week and do a mass delivery to clients so are very helpful.
I thinks it's to do with the strikes in Calais etc

Spoke to them yesterday as i needed to put in an order. They had an order this week which is all being sent out to clear the backlog. They are due a big order first part of next week so estimate I'll get mine Thurs or Friday.

I sent a text rather than leave a voicemail and someone called me back within 10 minutes so maybe try that if you're struggling to get through.

Still haven't heard anything, I am very very annoyed! I rang my nearest stockist, they haven't got any either, and another shop who was due to become a stockist have heard nothing since placing an order either. I am not impressed at all and will not be dealing with them. I have left voicemail, sent texts and tried to call but phone is permanently switched off emails go unaswered too, what a terrible way to treat customers! Luckily I can get my credit card comapny on the case, so will eventually get my money back. I would rather they had been honest and said that they couldn't supply me! Simple System is the best I can get in the meantime, and I have some Topchop lite to try.

I'm very interested in trying it but my 'nearest' stockist eg not that near is having trouble getting hold of it. They've got some in stock but not everything I wanted to try & they're too far away to traipse back & forth too often. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago & they said they'll ring me when the order has come in.......

Sounds like you live near me, I had the same discussion with my stockist too.

I wanted to try this, rang up and discussed it with Red Rufus, ordered some samples which never came. Requested they were resent and nothing. Then I started hearing about communication issues and decided not to bother any further.

I may revisit in a year or two when it's more established.

My stockist got their delivery in yesterday. Essentially I will use it so long as I can get it and try and keep a bag in reserve as don't get through it too quickly but if I get stuck he can just go back on another grass chaff for a bit. I think it is teething issues tbh and hope longer term they get it resolved.

No reply to text :-( Although a lovely looking product The company is not very professional at all. Why not inform customers of supply problems rather than take orders that you cannot fulfill.....they have also taken off the post to page section on facebook. Oh well didn't want to do this but will ring my card company tomorrow and request a chargeback as no goods arrived. Disgusted to be honest with you.

Can't see them getting established like this!!!

Saw some Agrobs in stock in Equiworld in Cambridgeshire, and am fairly sure they ship, so you might want to try to call them.

For the people that are struggling -may be worth looking at the st hippolyt range of horse feeds
They are 100% organic the equigard is a complete feed s no need to add vits and mins which I think you do need to do with the agrobs range
The starch level of equigard is 3%

Most of us don't like iron in our vits and mins though which unfortunately the hippolyt adds.

(or apple syrup/apples/carrot and definitely not garlic!)

Interesting - my warmblood dressage mare who is hot as hell is on the equigard and has never been more rideable and trainable since being on this
She has gone from spinning spooking and generally leaping about to now working medium with a lovely change each way and she is generally loving work and life
We can now get out to some competitions without needing an ambulance on stand by
What is it about the iron that people don't like?

Most of the UK grazing is high in iron so if you are balancing to forage you don't need any extra.
Apple syrup just sounds like you might as well use molasses ;).
and garlic disturbs gut flora- although it is pretty low down on the list so it might just be a similar low amount included to fast fibre.

It's nice that it has worked for your mare though :) and I am coming at it from a barefooters point of view which is why we like some of the agrobs as it's nicer to have fewer ingredients some times.
