Is anyone else having problems getting hold of Agrobs??

I love the smell of it....

I spoke to the woman on the Agrobs stand at Your Horse Live as someone on here had recommended the grass balls for the snackaball.

She said the feed merchants did not order enough to tide them over the winter, they only ordered up to August for some reason, therefore there is a shortage as there was no need for Agrobs to order it in from abroad if the feed merchants did not request it (or something to that effect).

Ha that's the best excuse I've ever heard for passing the book!!!

that is rather a sweeping statement too! Most feed merchants have limited space they don't have a whole winters worth of feed in one go!!

As I said I've had no problem though, picked up a couple of sacks at the weekend. Useful to know about the hippolyt casey, though I don't know anyone that does it.

Don't think there is a problem with regards to getting hold of the hippolyt - I know the south struggled a bit but I believe a few wholesalers now stocking it so the supply chain is there - surprisingly their stuff makes the journey without any of these fabulous excuses

Sounds a little like - the dog ate my homework!!

I spike to a day called Ruth on the Agrobs stand at Your Horse Live, have to say I was rather unimpressed with it all.

Obviously I had heard about the delivery problems (Had read this thread a few days before) and had read a number of threads on Facebook Barefooters pages about it, she insisted there was no delivery issues and that it was easier to get hold of than Thunderbrooks chaff (and cheaper!)

I was only looking for something to use as a bulk for when they have to stay in during the worst of the weather, I liked the look of the blocks but don't want to faff around trying to get hold of them.

Another lost customer I am afraid. As I feared to start with, this company is not reliable enough. Been trying all week to get an order sorted. I did get my last within 2 weeks after trying a week to order. My nearest supplier ( an hours drive away) has only just received his after a 6 week wait, did not receive it all either. They need to get their act together else they won't have anyone using them.
