Is anyone else's partner/husband a bloody idiot?

Quite the opposite of being bullied one 6yo I know chose to go in to school (some sport thing to do with the olympics) in his riding stuff rather than his rugby stuff as the girls liked it :D he's a right little ladies man .

No one told wfp or the Whittaker boys they couldn't like horses and women ;)

On coming to the stables the first time when we first met 16 years ago my now husband commented that he'd wished he'd known that's where all the girls were when he was 15! I have taken him riding, he appears to have some natural ability but a rather irrational fear of being sat on!

Haha, turn gay indeed, with all those bored horsey girls around... Has your OH ever met a farrier?!

I've never really understood why horseyness is considered girly, thankfully my OH acknowledges that cowboys are as hard as they come and has been made to watch various dramatic falls when horses are on telly!

It's weird really, jockeys, pro riders, cowboys, men are probably in the majority when it comes to riding professionally, and yet I don't think I actually know any men who have a horse as a hobby! I probably can't get near them for the hordes of women?

My nephew who is now 22 ride as a child from 3 years old till 11 years old

He stopped because all the boys at school made fun of him and called him a little girl , came home one day and said he not going in his pony Jacko again and wanted to play football.

He never rode her again, quite sad really but what could we do, it was his choice. :-(

Kids can be cruel.

I think you need to point out all top riders ie John Whitaker , Robert, nick ,Ben ,William ,tim etc list goes on ,please correct me if I wrong but none of these are gay , I think all your partner needs to worry about is a extra mouth to feed lol
