I haven't ridden all this week as I just feel so drained and tired. We had a good clear round jumping show on Sunday which I enjoyed and we've been schooling hard the past couple of weeks as I've been getting Hattie's canter sorted for the Prelim 10 test next month.
This week however, I just feel so drained and tired- no motivation to do anything riding wise. Was supposed to do some dressage schooling yesterday, brought my saddle and everything and then decided to go home and get changed into my pajamas and the same thing today, I was going got have a nice hack side saddle and instead I'm sitting here in my jammies! I'm not riding tomorrow due to having a busy day and am of two minds what to do this weekend.
We've got a side saddle lesson next week, clear round jumping next sunday and then it's my dressage two weeks after that so I REALLY SHOULD school and get my self back into shape but am just feeling so lazy.
Anyone else feeling like this at the moment? The weather doesn't help either as it's always raining in the evening when I can ride!
