Is Ariat a good brand?

I've had my chaps for 15 years, no new zip!
But I've just got a new pair of short boots and they are too narrow different style from usual [a bargain!]?

Thanks for all the replies everyone. I've seen loads of end of line Ariat boots, chaps, etc on Equestrian Clearance so was wondering whether to buy some or not. After all your replies, I think I will. So thank you x
