DNA tests aren't really that good unless they are being tested against an actual database of known dogs, IMO. Mine are all registered to a database proving they are who I say they are, if that makes sense, their parents and grandparents are definitely the dogs written down in the pedigree, it's all tied via microchips etc. The 'what is this dog a mix of' ones tend to be a bit hit and miss, I know of people doing it with pedigree dogs for a laugh and getting all sorts back.

I did it with my little hound (who obviously is the actual best dog on the planet but you haven't met her so I'm not offended you think yours is - she looks sweet too). She came back unsurprisingly 50% beagle, 25% foxhound and 25% unidentified mixed breed. She's like a mini trailhound and came from Ireland so likely would have been part of a pack of similar little hunting jobbies.
Lots of hound types in the mixed breed markers. They're accurate enough I guess more so now as the database grows, I wouldn't call it definitive and I think if you had a real heinz 57 you'd probably get a bit of a rubbish result as it only matches genetic markers
