I need opinions.... Bought a bay welsh sec d colt ( now gelded). I have racked my brain and I have settled with Harry. His full name is harriswood oberyn so I got Harry from that. He needed a cheeky little boys name and I think it fits.....

Any other suggestions welcome though!

sounds a great name for him

yep, a cheeky, typical boys name 'harry' would suit him..however, if i were you now, id be looking for unique names within his registered name, for example obii, or otto..from oberyn...ofcourse they are bad examples

My friend once bought a lovely sports horse and named him Harry, then had a kid and called him Harry too, it was obviously her favourite name lol

Harry is definitely a 'cheeky boy' name.

My lad was Ari when we got him, I did not like it much and he did not react to it anyway, plus it means ant in Japanese so he was renamed Harry and it suits him perfectly.

I think it's a great name for a gelding

Harry fits in well with his name. Our Harry came to us as Harry Potter although his Danish registered name is May Dolo Af Baers. Can't see any connection with the name at all. Whereas yours is so appropriate.Mind you I would spell your Harry Harri as in part of his name. Ours is cheeky as well!

Harry is a great cheeky name, my baby cob is called Harry and he is most definitely cheeky, hairy and a character lol! Plus, you can call them Hazzers if you want, well I do
