Does he look porky to you guys? Can see his ribs in certain lights, if you run your hand over his ribs you can def feel them but have some people saying he's too fat by far, others saying he's just right? Bit confuzzled!

Fed - 1/2 scoop graze on, 1/2 scoop sugerbeet, 1/2 scoop conditioning cubes twice a day plus 4 nets of haylage each 24hr period (always some left though).

Work - used in a riding school (average 1/2 hrs per day), plus dressage with me (session usually 20/30 minutes, unless its a lesson)

I just just about to ask which horse it is, the grey or the skewbald - then realized he was just muddy!

If he were mine I'd want some of that weight off - he looks quite fat in the first photo.

Looks fine to me. Wouldn't want anymore, but with his workload and coming into winter, I think he's going in just how he should :)

I would up his workload if possible. He doesn't look fit really and it lacking muscle over his topline. If he was more toned he would have less of a 'belly' and more of a neck.

Hmmm, sometimes i look at him and he looks HUGE, and i feel so ashamed for letting him get to that size. Then i look again the next day and he looks about right. He's an ex racer and drops weight very easily! He's being clipped in the next couple of weeks, he's having a neck and belly clip cos he sweats up so much.

His topline is coming but its a majorly slow job as alot of the clients in the school dont ride him to a contact ect while i do. He can do about 45 minutes contact work in my lessons, with some breaks but not loads. Then his neck muscles get tired and he starts leaning!

I have him on full loan, but have only had him since may i think. He's a work in progress, but he's a lovely lovely lad.
