Sov had laminitis when I got him so I've been extremely vigilant with diet, etc. Rode yesterday for about 2 hours with a little trotting (dont usually except to pull in for traffic). Checked feet and pulses in the evening, no pulse but slightly warm. This morning there was heat in three feet but no pulse. This afternoon all four were hot so haven't ridden. Will have a chat with Vet in the morning if feet are the same.
So do any of you think he is about to get an attack.
P.S. he'll be off the grass tonight!

Couldn't say, but I do know that if I had any doubt about a known laminitic then it would be straight in off the grass & on weighed soaked hay.

All horses feet are different regards heat/pulses if this is not normal for your horse then be cautious. I have a horse with lami/cushings and ive become paraniod about feeling all my horses feet as to what is normal for them.

You are right to be cautious, always better safe than sorry. :)

As for the heat, if there are no other symptoms then I doubt it would be laminitis to be honest, the hoof temperature can change througout the day anyway and depending on things like whether your horse was stood in the sun for example, could raise the temperature.

If he isn't footy and doesn't have any pulses I would think he'll be fine.
