Is He Famous?

Well, we have a large painting of a horse in our house. His name is the Cornishman (sp?) He is an eventer i am guessing. Just wondered what he won etc for him to have paintings

Cornishman V was the horse that was in International Velvet plus was ridden at the Olympics - was ridden by Mary Gordon Watson

Yes - Mary being a women was not able to ride her own horse.

I'm sure Cornishman has appeared in a film or maybe a TV thing jumping over a car. I read something about this ages ago - I think! Anyone know anything about it?
