I went through the same process last year, ended up with a nightmare of a horse and it went back.
I found a suitable horse for loan, a stunning 8yo ISHxTB gelding by Puissance, only to be offered him to buy for £1000 3 months later! I know I was very lucky, as he's a fabulous horse. But they are out there, so please don't rush into anything
