Old lady walks into the vets surgery and asks the Vet to look at her guinea pig. He does and tells her its dead. She is heartbroken and asks if he is sure. Of course I am he replies, but you have only looked at him she complains. Next thing a Glolden Labrador comes in and sniffs at the guinea pig growls and leaves, seconds later a ginger tom comes in sniffs the pig, miows and leaves.
The Vet gives the old lady his bill..£50 she gasps thats a bit steep just for telling me its dead...Well said the Vet if you had taken my word for it the bill would have been £5 but with the Lab report and the Cat scan its £50.
