Is it Half Term in the UK this Week?

Depends where you are.
Wakefield schools finished for Easter last Friday.
Kirklees is finishing this Friday.

Some Authorities have had a fortnight earlier and are having a long weekend over the Easter weekend.......

My school (I'm a teacher) finished Friday 1st for 3 weeks, some don't finish until this Friday! So a big difference around the country. It is better that way, really - but not if you are a parent and have two children in two different authorities with totally different dates!!

It's sadly easter!

Depends where you are but 2 -3 weeks of avoiding shops/any public places and forums!!!!

Oh and increase your allergy tablets or injections if needed!!!!

:-)

Yes, the school i work in broke up last friday (as did I!!) and we have 2 weeks off, but the third week we are only in tue, wed, thur due to bank holiday and royal wedding.

Glad the weather is nice as i have all this time off with nothing to do but play horseys!! (the perk of working in a school - love it!):D:D:D

I have two and a half weeks to listen to a nine year old and six year old talking non stop, with every second word being "pony" and with the odd break to ask me what's for lunch? what's for dinner? can I have a biscuit? aaaaarrrrrrgghhhhhh!!!!

Snap me too but just found out been accepted on the HLTA course so wonder if I should be studying the standards

Sadly yes.
You just have to gauge the sharp rise in total cr4p posted on here to realise that. ;)

Alligator are you in my brain lol, I thought yesterday that we seemed to have a lot of emotion, non rational argument and new joiners to the forum who were acting in the same vein and thought "either the world has gone mad or its half term"

Glad its the latter :-))))
