Has Horse and Hound got really poo?! I am probably going to get kicked off for this but I feel like it has suddenly become a horsey version of Hello magazine! The whole vote Conservative thing got on my nerves and they are way out of sink with their prices for adverts. I know most horsey people buy it regularly and it is the first place people look but seriously £260 for a little box! Madness I sold one of mine on horsequest last year for £20 and got 50 calls the first person to see her bought her! Tried selling our lorry and had no callers with H&H put it on horsequest and had loads of calls.... not really value for money.

Maybe it is just me but really fed up of the same rubbish. There was a time the vet reports were really focused; now it seems very general and talks to us like we are idiots! I feel like they have gotten too big for themselves and are now a big faceless, shameless organisation that just wants money.

Who knows maybe I just needed a rant!
 
I am on the Reader Panel and I have certainly commented that I think the vet reports, etc, need to be more focused - IPC have HORSE mag for more general stuff IMO.

However I still rate it as a magazine and they are working hard ATM to try and please people again, which can only be a good thing :)
 
Dont buy it anymore its gone pants :o:o, I advertised my pony on the internet site,not one reply, but got some interest on the free sites :) lol when i was looking it was the first mag I ran out to buy.
Just cant find any enjoyment in reading it,sad, as I had it every week. Must be having a senior year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha no I am 23 and have lost interest in it!
 
Ha how funny, I have just had the admin person pm me about unlawful use of the forum by apparently using it as a way to advertise and run a competition when all i asked for was help with prefix names in return for a free lesson....... how do i delete my account?!
