that is secretly wishing for some rain or are others aswell?
I know im being a typical brit and moaning whatever the weather but the ground is too hard and need some rain for the grass to grow.

the grass isnt growing and what there is is scorching. and i havent cantered for weeks because of the ground

I'm in Cheshire and it is chucking it down here but still very warm. I see lots of mozzies in my near furture!! On the plus side I don't have to water the hanging baskets, a job I truly loathe!!

I think rain over night every night for at least a fourtnight wouldn't be bad.
Although would royal upset and farmers who are trying to harvest.

We have been doing a rain dance here as not only do our fields need the rain but so does the new menage

I'm about ready to break open the maracas and do a rain dance. Was supposed to be taking my greenie out to do some showjumping tomorrow, but the ground's so hard I daren't .

Sky has been black her for the last 1 12 hours or so (liverpool) but we still have no rain.
Winds starting to pick up though so fingers crossed. But please let it be once iv got into work lol

I am dying for some rain!!!!! Ground Hard, Grass already long enough in most of the paddocks but could still do with some rain to thicken grass!! But just so restricted to what i can do!!

We were suppost 2 have rain today and when i was up the yard it started spitting with rain and i was so excited then 5 mins lata sun shining

Normal us Brits are praying for sun now we are praying for rain lol

Well we have drizzle forcast 7pm, thats not going to do much and light rain forcast tomorrow 10am and then none for the rest of the week.

It hasn't rained since the day before I put the grass seed down in my paddock, the only green things in there at the moment are my mare and the weeds... I have been rain dancing for ages now and the only rain I get is the neighbours chucking bowls of water at me.....
