NOT as dust free as it makes out?

I have a really bad dust allergy so I know what is better and what is not. I have been on AMX for 10 days ans my dust allergy is worse than ever! I cant even sweep the stable floor without bursting into hysterical sneezing fits!!!!

Also, it really annoys me because my horse does box walk a little and where usually the droppings remain in cubes; they break up all over the place on AMX.

I was wondering what you guys thought.......is it just me?!

I think so - the distributer lives just down the road and she kindly delivered it to me and made my bed for me. 1/2 pelleted and 1/2 fine stuff.

I just get great plumes of dust when I sweep or dig into it! I have new concrete floors but I had them sealed before I put the bed down so its not coming from the floor!

It's definately not dust-free, it's made of dust! I hate the stuff, it looks awful, smells awful, and makes me sneeze. Only stuff I don't sneeze at is paper (we have it at home, I use the aquamax at work).

Im really disappointed, my chap has recently come home after having a wind op (which we nearly lost him) and I just went to check him as he is box walking and the bloody stable (with 3 windows in) is like a dust storm!

It could be a bad batch. I've been using it since last year and it's never been dusty until a couple of weeks ago. Bought some more from a different pallet and it's back to normal. If you've got any bags left then take them back and have them replaced - it's great stuff!

I have the woody pet and have had it for ages and never find it dusty so I would agree that either they have changed the make up or you have had a bad batch. i switched from Aquamax to Woody pet a few years ago as it was cheaper
