Reflocked means different things to different people, to me there are flock adjustments, and a strip flock, both could be called reflocking. The first could end up with oddities, though I always flock symmetrically, as it will have been adjusted to a specific horse. The latter should end up with the panels evenly filled, softly though, throughout ready for adjustment to the horse.
