To cut the long story short: I need a horse for dressage training (with a very good trainer/rider) - horse to be on at least Prelim level, possibly Novice working towards Elementary.
I need this horse for lessons only, I cannot loan, part-loan, own or similar as I will be teaching all hours to be able to afford this training.
So, the question is, would you be willing to lend your horse for training only (I would be paying for lessons), trailer that horse to the venue and basically don't ask for any money?
What's more, the horse would need to be stabled somewhere close to Patchetts EC (where the training would take place) as I guess nobody would want to travel their horse for hours so someone can have a lesson on it...
Would the fact that the horse was trained under v. good trainer and the rider would pay for those trainings be enough of an incentive for you to lend your horse (assuming you cannot/won't/ are not interested in schooling the horse yourself of course).
I will be chatting to my friend tomorrow about a possibility of using her eventer over the winter but the problem is she is over an hour drive away
Any ideas, suggestions very very welcome!
