Is it possible to change a passport?

I'm sorry this is a bit of an odd post. We have a little coloured cob who came from Ireland with a white Irish passport. Whilst all the markings are correct in it, the colour and height are incorrect. His breeding is unknown as is his exact date of birth. Is it possible to get him a new passport (say with CHAPS) with a correct height and colour and a change of his name? Has anybody done this or know if its possible? Thanks for reading xxx

You would need to update his current passport with new owner details (you) so just write a covering letter and change those other things when you do so.

I don't think you should register him with another passport company though, just update his current one.
