Is it possible to make a chambon??

I would but one but Inky is only 33" tall so couodnt just nip to the shop and get one!! So i wondered whether i could make one myself but im not sure whether its possible or what i would need.

Can anyone post a pic of one on a horse so i can see whether its possible??
