To find a deascent SJ horse (jumping 1.20 min with scope to go 1.30 +) that doesn't cost the earth.

It's possible to find a horse with that scope & potential.....but it depends how much you consider 'The Earth' to be? If you give us a clue then someone may possibly be able to point you in the right direction.
