I know where you're coming from as 20 years ago Sunday was family day with church & Sunday lunch & no visits to IKEA etc. I think that Sun is now virtually the same as Sat, except that if you're competing you get back after Tesco's has closed & don't have any bread to make sandwiches for work.
I'd go for it. I'd be quite happy to phone / be phoned by someone in respect of an advert on a Sunday.
Its funny that I feel guilty I guess i'm quite old fashioned! bit worrying at the age of 20!!!!
Yes, normally I avoid ringing early or late, but never thought about ringing on a sunday!
I would call on Sunday... but avoid Sunday lunch time! Only because it annoys the hell out of my Dad when people call and we are having sunday dinner! lol
I had someone ring up anout my horse at midnight once!!! Was not best please I can tell you! But if that oerson had turned out to be the one that bought him I wouldn't have held a grudge!!
I don't think so. Some people (like me) are at work on a Sunday. Though I'm not doing much! I have to ring people about houses for sale!
Just not before 10am and not after about 4pm would be preferable. Or maybe after about 7pm when they've hopefully had dinner. But before 9pm (that's my rule on any night).
My best friends parents are religious, and they dont mind sunday calls, i know they wont settle deals on that day, but they definitely dont mind calls.
I agree with everyone, the people will be glad to hear from someone interested in their horse.
