Is it snowing where you are?

We are in east lancs, on border of Yorkshire dales and although fields are still white from Mondays snow, roads are clear as there is no fresh snow

I live in Solihull and just travelled to work in Birmingham on the train and its snowing in both places, but not heavy. Its meant to be heavy snow at midday today.

The trains are running ok, and we are really lucky as the livery yard is about 1/8th of a mile off a main A road, so we can nearly always get there whatever the weather. And my car really helps too! Wouldn't fancy it in a little car though :(

Even so I've booked this afternoon off, as I am a little anxious if the snow is heavy about driving in it, as one year I couldn't get home from the yard and had to stop the night at my partners!

Plenty here in n Wales. Schools closed and horses will be staying in , thankfully my two don't mind being in being ex riding school horses. If yo can clear a path to the sand turnout they will go out later in groups. But they like being in, they stand at gate waiting looking miserable!

In South West Wales and yes we have plenty of snow and still coming down. Brought my horses in this morning was a bit worried about my unrugged 20 year old TB X Cob who was in fact absolutely fine and lovely and warm but my Welsh Sect D was shivering and shaking!! Lucky he doesn't have to survive up on the mountains and he is only 10. Never mind he is in now munching on his hay, a happy boy.

Deepest Worcestershire. Nothing falling out of the sky at 5am when I started the yard but by 7.15am it is snowing heavily and settling well. Good inch in less than an hour and plenty more to come so they say.

I suggested to Ted and Alice they might like to go and play in it but Alice said it would ruin her hairstyle and Little Ted just yawned and went back to bed.

East Northamptonshire and hopefully ours will stay away until midday as predicted by the met office so I can at least get my boy ridden! Then it can snow as much as it wants!

Just over and inch here is Gloucestershire and snowing heavily. Girls' school shut so off to do the horses then SLEDGE TIME!!!

Plenty of snow here in Bath and I can't get out as I live on the side of a hill (as do most people in bath as its in a valley) so, will have to walk to doctors appt this morning :(

blimey didn't realise you were in Bath, i'm only about half hour away! And yup we got stupid snow, i hate snow:mad:

according to forecast we got it all day grrrrrr:mad:

Is now starting to ease here thank goodness, (South West Wales) my three miniatures have decided to go out and play in it even though their stables are open for them. Supposed to clear here by midday and then rain coming in lovely!:(
