Is it too early for the dreaded grazing muzzles???

Hi,

My 12.2h mare seems to have ballooned in just the last four days, and I don't want her to continue like this She is turned out from 9-5 and has hay at night, no hard feed, and is exercised 4-5 times a week. I don't have the option of sectioning off her paddock.

Is it too early for her grazing muzzle, just wondered if anyone else had started yet?? Advice much appreciated, thanks xxxx

YO started her pony as soon as they were turned out for grass, remember you have to be cruel to be kind! Its better in the long run
