As a follow on from my "visit to a&e to have my face fixed post"
I still have the horse at the minute although hard as i try i cant get anywhere near him but thats besides the point...
Years ago i was offered and tried a horse to perm loan from a friend of my o/h. He was lovely as far as i remember 16.1 chestnut gelding, has raced but as a younster and only a few times, friend got him as a 4 yr old for his daughter to do dressage but its not his thing and she soon got bored- father took over and hunted him but he's very tall and decided to get something bigger- so i tried and liked and they were to deliver as at that time i had no transport.....waited and waited but he never came so i went else where.
He was put on short term loan 4 years ago and by coincidence has just come back to the owner who has no space so my o/h has said it can come to ours for the summer to graze.
I think actually owner and o/h are cooking up a plan that this horse will be mine as previously planned!
What do you think should i take time out or give it a go? I need a companion if nothing else so may give me time over summer to look properly?
I dont want to rush into things but also dont want to miss out! (he's now about 13)
