Is it wrong to want...

hmmm not to my taste im afraid! the protector one without the 'gems' and just the shiny black bit I would possibly wear at a push!

Im not into all this bling business although I must admit Ive got a hankering after a black patent bridle for george simply because I think he would look stunning in it - thats about as bling as I get!

FB: just had a look at the BR ones on Ooteman...not quite enough bling for me! When I am really bored (at conferences!) I can spend hours entertaining myself making my engagement ring sparkle in the light - ooooh, bling!

georgiegirl: now see patent bridles don't do it for me. I've never touched one but they look too plastic-y in all the shinniness.

LOL LOVE this! We have so much in common :D I blame it on too many years wasted in Hull's dull greyness :D

I lived in Taylor Court the year it openned and it was horrid even brand new...can't imagine what it looks like now!! Should we start a "bling up Hull" petition? Some diamonte additions strategically placed all over town should really help to brighten things up! ;)

Yeah well never been to Taylour Court but can well imagine.....I always lived on/around Newland Av....!!! Apart from one glorious year in the town centre....heart of Hull and all that ;)

Bling up Hull would be a good idea but am afraid it's too late, we've all run away :D :D

Booboos I've brought a navy protector with silver lines. I've hot 7 bling bits on mine in the triangle bit of the front.

It looks beautiful. My trainer may refuse to teach me and my friends may disown me but I love it.

Mine is still in its bag, can't wait to use it but both horse and I are poorly but very excited to use it when I'm well enough!

I say go for it!!

You guys have almost convinced me! ;)

For those of you who have Protector hats, are they easy to clean? I seem to attract more dirt than Pigpen and ideally I need to be able to wipe it clean every so often.

It is soooooo wrong, but if you want it, then buy it. Life is far too short to worry about what other people think about it. To be honest I am not a bling bling person, never have been and Mini TX is the same.

However, I did spot someone in one of those hats with a bling bow at a BE event at Longleat last year and quite liked it.

Have to admit though that some riders do got a bit ott with it. You should see what a teenaged dressge queen on our yard wears - I have to wear sunglasses to deflect the glare of her bling.
