Is my horse under stress, or am I just trying to save him?

Not necessarily. This is pretty much exactly the slightly naive, rose tinted stuff that I would absolutely expect to hear from a young teenage girl! I don't know many teens who use slang/abbreviations when speaking to adults - my son and his friends definitely have two very different styles, depending on their audience!

I can't see why people think this is a troll. All I see is a kid who's out of her depth, but doesn't realise it. Yet...

Yup. I know quite a few teenagers and this is exactly how they think and speak. They tailor what they say/write to the audience they have.

I don't know if the OP is genuine or not. But I think saying a post that isn't very articulate (one long rambling paragraph) is too articulate for a teenager does a disservice to all teenagers who are capable and clear writers.

Sigh.....what I actually said was that SOME of the phraseology used was too advanced - NOT all of it and the way the information is structured?

Absolutely. I doubt the OP is genuine, but I don't doubt that many teenagers are capable of writing to this standard (and far, far above it too, actually).

Agree.

Not many 13year olds (that have their own pony and supportive parents) are so bored they’re online for most of Christmas- if they’re even allowed online on Christmas. Surely?! I know I wouldn’t have been allowed :p

I think you need to get him checked over.
Be sure there are no issues before you continue.
Thats, tack, back, teeth, is he a rig etc.

Then when you know its not pain you need to get help to train him, yes he behaves some of the time for you but he should behave all of the time and for anyone who is riding for handling him.
Sometimes we think other people cant treat our horses like we do.
But get a food trainer and they can teach you and your horse correctly.

Also if hes stables and not getting out then can you blame him for being pushy and in a bad mood?
He would do better living out in a settled heard.

I actually went ahead and did this and eventually got him to a yard that we both love. He’s doing far better and he’s so much more relaxed.
