Is my horse's head extra big?!

Gutted that my full size Albion doesn't go anywhere near him, I am search of an extra full size bridle, but having read the measurements, the nosebands won't fit! If anyone has a big irish horse with similar size head could you please let me know what make will fit ?! I am looking for cavesson not flash noseband, which must measure at least 31" around nose, browband at least17", bit to bit 45".

I would greatly appreciate suggestions!

I've got an ID mare and my local tack shop let me swap peices of my Ablion bridle so that it fitted correctly. I needed a larger noseband and brow band from what I remember.

mine is irish she is 45 bit to bit, 17 browband but only 26 round nose so all extra full fits ok,
you could see if someone will make one for you -
 
I have a ID with a big head. I have a extra full Rhinegold comfort bridle fits perfect although noseband is on the last hole however i could get a hole punch a stick another hole in it. I dont have it at home to measure it for you
 
Mine has a big head, especially for the browband, we struggled to find one that was big enough! We have to buy all the parts of my bridle separately, our local saddlery sells them. It works out expensive, but at least it fits him well
 
Risley saddlery. They do bridle peices so you can mix and match your sizes. They even got me made and xxf for my youngster and an xxxf for my shire. Great service and lovely english leather. It came to £75 for my xxf bridle
 
I got a noseband made to measure for my TB as he was completely in between sizes - a full was too large on the nose but a cob was too short on length. My local saddlery made me a lovely noseband for roughly the same price as the Albion one - well worth it.
 
I think Albion come up small. Even an XF was too small.

Dolls' head is in that size, and we've gone for a made to measure bridle from a local saddler.
Not cheap, but will last forever.
 
I got an Albion KB in extra full for my horse, who's head is perhaps slightly large! I do think some parts of the albion's come up small, the noseband and headpiece in particular.
 
My horses head is massive, my farrier always comments on what a big swede she has! I bought a x-full comfort bridle made by Heritage from ebay and it fits her really well.
