Is she coloured?

Our YO has a really cute little 3 year old unbroken 12hh chestnut pony. She has a white blob on her quarters about the size of a tennis ball - would this make her coloured? I'm not sure what the rules are...!
Incidentally she's looking for a new home

yes well she does have this one marking on her quarters but it's only little so not sure if it counts!! how big does it have to be?!
 
OK this is a definition from CHAPS
WHAT is a ‘coloured’ animal? According to the Coloured Horse and Pony Society (CHAPS), the definition of ‘coloured’ is black and white (piebald) or white and any other colour, eg bay, roan, chestnut (skewbald) with a patch of natural white at least six inches in diameter.

This white patch must be on the body above the level of the stifle or elbow, excluding face markings. Any white marking below this level do not qualify. Manes and tails may also be white or have white in them.
Additionally, in respect of colour markings, ‘tobiano’ appears to be white with large spots of colour, often overlapping on animals with a greater percentage of colour than white.
 
If my yard owner's guidelines are anything to go by - "technically its coloured, but realistically its just common."

I was quite hurt when she said that about a wee pony that had stolen my heart; but she is probably right, when we are talking showing anyway.....
 
when i was younger i had a fleabitten pony but his left shoulder was a massive cluster of fleabitten spots like a patch i always wondered if he would classify as a coloured, but obviously not lol just as well i never entered any coloured classes that would have been embarrising! lol
