Hello everyone, it has been a while!
Anyway - I have had my mare for almost 3 years now and have not once taken her out competing yet. She was just out of racing when i got her as a just turned 4 year old. She was my first horse and after a few problems with lameness we have been working really hard and learning together. She was as stiff as anything when i got her and it took months for her to get supple enough to bend correctly (didn't help that i was teaching myself as I had never ridden a horse on the bit before!) then the whole lameness thing kicked off... Its been about a year now since shes been back in work getting her strength etc up and i'm really quick to criticise everything because i suppose you can say im pretty much a novice with the correct way of going if thats the right way of putting it! (i had riding lessons weekly from 3 - 15)
So i guess my question is.... have i done an alright job with her, anything to improve on etc would be a massive help as i really would like to start showing my gem off to the world
or do you think she'd be ready to start doing little dressage comps for the time being? I know I need to improve my position during transitions and lift my hands up and together but im more interested in her way of going - any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome though i'll take it all on board

P.S. sorry only just realised i left her little nap in the vid - ignore it she doesnt do it often!
Oh and also i should add that her bit has been changed from clips i was wearing a purple hoody - she obviously wasnt too impressed with the one she was in but the other clips shes in her new bit and definitely feels more relaxed in it
