Is Soya Oil fattening?

Well, yes. All oils are, aren't they? Soya oil is very good for horses (I'll assume you're planning on feeding it to your horse)

Well, not planning on giving it to mine but my friend has a rather 'plump' horse who gets a rather large drizzle in both feeds.

I suggested she stopped the Soya Oil as I thought it would be fattening but she does not think so so just wanted to check who was right really.

Sorry to jump on the post but is the stuff you can buy in the supermarkets the same as the stuff from the feed shops? (80p per ltr supermarket/£7.50 4ltr feed shop)

Ah, well, in that case I think you're right and she should stop the oil or feed alot less of it.
