Hi

I wondered if anyone could help I purchased some bits on Ebay from them on 12th May and paid straight away by paypal.

The problem seems to be that I am getting no response now to either messages or phonecalls always answer machine, on the ebay status page all that shows is that they have been paid for with no dispatch being shown.

Do you think it unreasonable that i have had no word I would have thought that I would have had them by now ebay gives a delivery estimate of 17/18 May.

Also what would you suggest I do now?

I ordered a bit from them online on Saturday 14th May (not via ebay) and it turned up yesterday.

Suggest you keep trying. Have you had Paypal confirmation ?

I ordered off the website and the bit arrived the next day, thought their service was fab!

Hi Thanks for the info that puts my mind to rest, yes I had paypal receipt through.

Just checked cridt card statement and money was taken on 12th may will try ringing again.

Keep trying, I had a bit to try, it arrived the following day, I returned it for another and I waited and waited, then they phoned to say that it was on order. I've spoken to them today and it's on it's way.
