Is there a dedicated website to advertise a show cob?

Where would you look please, if you were looking for a cob? Are there any dedicated websites for show cobs?

The reason I ask, is because I have noticed that some of the brand new adverts on horsemart can be as low as page 9 or page 10 if there are a lot of 'sticky' adverts that stay at the top of the listings.

Do you trawl right to the lower pages, or could you miss an advert that low down?

Also, I've thought about using horsequest, but I can't work out how to search and narrow your criteria.

I don't want to miss buyers, and don't want to waste money by advertising in the wrong place. Any website ideas please?

many thanks

Horsequest is good, if you go to the 'cobs' section there is a subsection for show cobs. You can put the same advert in other places so you could also use the local or county level section within showing.

If you're wanting to search from scratch on HQ, and not use the categories, you just press the 'Go' where is says 'Enter ad ref' at the top of the screen - I know, it's not the most self evident

Horsegossip also has a number of show horses for sale, think that's a free one!

I vote for Horsegossip too. When you set up the advert - send us a link please - friends are always on the look out for a nice horse ;-)
