Is there a horse under all that mud?!

Been up to the yard went to get Alf out of the field and I have NEVER EVER seen him that muddy in my life!!!

Mud literally all up his legs his tail looks like its been dipped in mud! All his face his neck his rug!!! I thought what is this swamp / mud monster thats replaced him!!

If he's like that tomorrow I will take a picture!

So glad he's in tonight as its non stop pouring down since sunday :(
 
Ooh I have also have a Pure bred swamp monster,won't walk through the gate puddle but not a problem lying down in the bog then has the neck to pull faces whilst having mud scraped off:)
 
I saw a vid on FB of a horse literally wallowing and rolling in a muddy puddle. I'd have died if it was mine. It was a big puddle and the horse was literally dripping with mud :eek: I would not have believed a horse would behave in such a fashion! The other horses were looking on in horror :D

Why is this? It's surely madness! Mines the same he tip toes out swearing and chuntering at me for making him get his feet dirty then promptly go's to his own dug out swamp and literally collapses into it over and over again.....just til he's really covered well!
 
Now This is a Muddy Horse......Yes it is a Grey!

Found by my friend the day before her first Dressage Competition....We had tears!!

That photo is hilarious!!!

Everyone stories are really funny, funny animals arnt they horses! Going to go down in a min and see what's dried!
