Is there a market for a yard to rent?

We are moving to France in September and thinking of different options in case our house does not sell this spring. One possible option is to rent the yard and equestrian facilities separately from the house, do you think there is a market for this and how much do you think a reasonable rent could be?

The yard has:
- four wooden stables in very good condition (only three years old, by Browns of Wem, (12x12ft times 2, 14x14ft and 14x16ft, so possible foaling box).
- large storage barn (approx. 14x30ft)
- approx 10 acres of well draining paddocks, split in four, post and rail fencing or hedgerow (possibility of another 17 acres just across the lane, split into 5 paddocks)
- 20x40 three year old sand and rubber manege by Charles Britton
- parking for horsebox
- good security, e.g. automatic gates, someone lives on site
- nice and tidy place!

Location is North Shrops, hacking is mainly on very quiet country lanes, good access to major show centres.

You can see part of the yard in this photo:

Yeah, i think people would jump at the chance. I assume you are letting the house out too. It might make your house a less attractive proposition if they have noisy horsey people coming at all hours of the morning and evening. Sharing their drive and cluttering the place with their cars and trailers etc. Would it not be better to try and let the whole thing as an equestrian property? It looks beautifully kept.
No idea about rent though as don't know going rate in your area.
It looks lovely though, much likey your chestnutty too :-)

Thanks both!

We are looking at a variety of options one of which is to rent the house with the yard, but it might also be a possibility to get a couple of live in the house as caretakers (for complicated reasons!) and just rent the yard.

How exciting! I would love to rent a house with own stabling/paddocks and I am sure you will find others who are interested as well. If you did let both the house and yard out together, what sort of rent would you be looking for?
