A little tack cleaning business, including local collection and delivery, just to make some pocket money? Would you pay somebody to do this for you, and if so, how much for various items?

Think I'd be a bit wary of letting valuable tack leaving my premises to a new company / someone I didn't know. However wld be happy to pay someone to clean it at my place...similar rates to a freelance groom.

I think it would be easier for you, and more reassuring for the owner, to clean the tack at the yard...would save you the cost of collection and delivery, you'd only have to get yourself there and if it was a livery yard etc. you could probably do quite a few in one trip!
Having said that, personally I wouldn't pay someone else to clean my tack, but I imagine there are those that would. Hope that helps!

I would not, but some people might, especially leather.

I would not use it but might see a large riding stable/establishment use it for cleaning large amounts of tack. On site of course.
