Is there a non- barefoot solution to this?

Below are photos of my horses heels. I like his near fore! The off fore worries me a bit and his hinds are more like that than the near fore photo.
Is there any way I can fix this without removing his shoes?
Im happy to put the time effort and anything else into it. I’m not going to remove his shoes though.

Any simple explanation why would also be good! I thought it happened when the shoe was tight and the frog/heel couldn’t spread with weight so became contracted and deep?
I’m thinking of hosing daily (mud, he’s out daily) then flushing with a little syringe and some eucalyptus or something but is that enough

I’ve got some field paste, would that do, or is there actually a product called hoof stuff?!

There is a RedHorse product called Hoof Stuff and it's perfect for.packing into nooks and crannies. It holds a lot better than field paste, but if field paste is what you have itll go a way towards doing the job

I’ve literally just used the red horse stuff today, it wasn’t what I was expecting! Anyways. The hoof needs to be dry to keep the nasty out which is of course impossible with turnout so what my new regime involves is bringing in and taking all the mud off with a brush then using the sole cleanse and letting it dry then toweling off any thing left and packing with the hoof stuff.
