Is there a particular HHO forum member who inspires/motivates you?

For me ebonyallen's determination, Cayla in aad and all her advice on top of the wonderful work she does for dogs. And finally Tankey a real inspiration!

Ebonyallen - like many others I think she's amazing. She also has a very beautiful horse and a fab smile (I am thinking about 'the' rosette picture here!).

For advice Kerilli has stood out for always being patient but honest; there are others whose signatures I would recognise but can't remember names right now who also "tell it like it is" but don't come across as aggressive or arrogant. Wagtail I think is one.

Those who motivate me to school properly when I ride are FrodoBeutlin (so sorry if I've spelt that wrong) because of the beautiful way her horses go, and also Charlie76 (I think it's 76?!) who recently posted some dressage pics of her horse - gorgeous moves but what really inspired me was how happy her horse looked in all of the pictures.

There are others... I'll come back when I've matched names to signatures :)
 
posters that i particularly know im going to agree with or if i dont will always have a very well reasoned articulate argument for their case ; amymay, wagtail, cayla, lionman
foxhunter and a ton of others for their knowledgable common sense horsemanship
 
I'd also like to put forward black_horse( I think it is like that, she has Delicia) as she has overcome so much and is still out there, riding better than I ever could even without an injury like hers! Especially considering that although D is absolutely gorgeous I doubt she'd be the easiest ride!

I have plenty of people I have a soft spot for too but it would take me forever to list them as there are quite a lot of them really. So many people have been nice to me when I've been having various melt downs and issues.

I think Puppy should get a mention too. Newer members might not know about her accident but the fact she even goes near horses any more amazes me. I'm not sure I would in her situation!

Jhoward lives in real world and has sent me some useful tips ,which I appreciate and where the horses are concerned just seems to get on with it. Always sounds like someone that has them sussed. Thanks J Howard.
 
I love reading posts by Druid. Especially the legendary thread 'why do people want to own cobs?' which still pops up again on the first page of threads from time to time! ;)

EbonyAllen is an inspiration to us all and whenever I feel grumblybecause my joints are complaining I remind myself that at least I have them all.

Ebonyallen I think you are amazing.

Love reading Mike007's posts - very sensible and knowledgeable replies.

Wagtail and Kereli too have great positive and knowledgeable answers.

In general all the posters here have something to offer, support, knowledge, a shoulder to cry on and then the ones that make you laugh.

There are more, but it's too late to think clearly.

Unlike what seems like lots of people on the forum, I have NO idea who anybody is, so it's a pleasure trawling through the posts and seeing if people run true to form.
 
Far too many people to name individually, and wouldn't want to offend those I didn't mention. HHO is the first place I look for practical down to earth advice with a big old dose of commonsense thrown in for good measure. It never lets me down. We are incredibly lucky to have all this resource of experience to hand as well as so many decent genuine people who post.
