Is there any mud left in Lincoln?

I have just washed boots, travelling boots , girths and numnahs and I think I have all the Lincoln mud in my drain now .I have never seen so much mud on travelling boots I think they must have been put on in the stables and then walked to the horsebox. It has just stopped raining here and I am praying I can get things dry or the house is going to small of wet horse and mud!
Good luck to the juniors there today ,I have heard it is taking ages to get in to the showground as one tractor has broken down it must be a nightmare for the champs organisers.

we left yesterday as we just couldnt take another night of mud and rain!
and it was set to get worse with all the coming and going so we decided to call it quits. All the riders had ridden so we didnt miss out.
The 6 hour journey back up to scotland took 10 hours as they shut the road just after newcastle due to a landslide!

I do really feel for the juniors today.

Poor you at least we are only 3 hours from Lincoln.
