Is there going to be a demand for livery

While I live in a fairly horsey area I was wondering if there would be any hope of offering up my stables that aren’t used for diy livery. I have no arena but good hacking and turnout.
There is one 7 miles away
Another 7 miles away
Another 10 miles away
Another 13 miles away

Is it worth me investing a bit of money and doing it ? Will I struggle to fill 7 stables
 
Depends on lots of other factors but most important is the grazing sufficient for daily turnout all year round
 
I think you will get more takers for DIY livery than for full livery. If you are thinking of investing in an arena, I can assure you that it won't be 'a but of money' and it will be decades before you cover the cost from your liveries. It depends really how many stables and your acreage, you need more acres than horses, if they are to have adequate year round turnout. And the type of soil plays a huge part in determining how many horses the land can support.
 
Do you know if the other liveries are full and if they have a waiting list. That will give an idea of the demand. Round here yards have been sold for building which has made other local ones full and people looking further afield for livery.
 
@henrybrown whilst you are very welcome to make new threads if you wish, it does seem that all three of yours are all on the same specific topic - viability of opening a new livery yard - and would perhaps have been best as one thread, to keep all relevant information together, and so easier for you to find in the future, should you ever feel the need to.

However you have received a lot of replies from many different people on your other threads - some of whom have taken considerable time to write a lengthy response - and acknowledgement of their effort would be considered courteous, especially if you are expecting responses to a new question. Even a simple reply saying 'thanks everyone' would be something.

This forum is a great resource, but it's not really ok to ask a question, ignore responses, then ask another question.

Also yesterday you said 'There is a livery yard 1 mile away and another 2 miles away in the other direction'. Have you moved since then?
