Is this a reactor panel saddle?

Or can anyone help identify it? I recognise that the photo is totally rubbish but this is in a bag of stuff being sold locally and thinking it may be worth a look? It looks like ok quality leather (although filthy!) and has a makers pin although I can't make it out. Ignore the other rubbish saddle in the background!

It looks like a free'n'easy to me. If the saddle is held to the base by four screws it's free'n'easy. I've never had a reactor panel but I believe they are velcroed on in some way instead.

Doesn't look quite like a reactorpanel saddle. It actually looks rather like one I found one time made by Brough Saddlery though more likely to be a F&E
