Is this a real company?

I like the look of the tractor mounted leveller https://www.smc-direct.com/shop/equestrian-arena-levellers-and-menage-graders but I want to ask a question about it. There is no phone number anywhere on the website and my e-mail has so far not been answered (2 days). Is this a scam website? Any suggestions where I might find something similar? There's one on eBay for a bit more but it doesn't have the side scraper which would be very important for me!

They have a company registration number maybe look it up on companies House.

I'm sure someone else on here was asking similar about levellers on ebay a few days ago.

Couldn’t find them registered on companies house. But their VAT registration is matched to Selby Metal which could check out.
I don’t think I’d risk it unless you get an email response.

Good thinking - Selby Metal Craft takes you down some sort of rabbit hole that seems to end with having metal cut up in China.
I suspect the original site is indeed a scam of some sort! Irritating!

Thanks, I also tried the number and there was no answer!
I did however finally get a response to the e-mail and they said that they didn't think the leveller was suitable for carpet fibre... so they presumably are a real company!

Google----- Fabricators near me,----- take the smc picture with the description, but with no name or initials or price showing and ask for a quote for manufacturing one. Your local garage could probably weld you one up, or your farrier may well know of someone who welds or a local add wanting welder, the material is easy to source.

Selby metalcraft Mayo House Hagg Lane South Duffield Selby North Yorkshire. Telephone number is possibly 01757 638569, its next door to Foix Equestrian. On Live earth map it has a big Atcos type building behind the house that is possibly his manufacturing premises. I can't find Selby Metalcraft or its director [Content removed] on Companies House website.
