Is this ad better?

much better but still think you should put the mileage and internal measurements. i have a 15.1 and wouldn't consider it because it looks too short for my horse... having the measurements could convince someone their horse would fit...

the first thing people want to know about is the floor/ramp condition... so include that...

also, still think you need to say engine size. cos that'd be the first question my hubby asked me if i told him i wanted to go see it.

it's a lot of money so you really need to try to 'sell' it... how about this version (you'll need to adapt it to make sure it's true, i haven't seen your box to know what condition the floor's in!):

*Reduced for Quick Sale*

Very sad sale of my much loved (and regularly admired) horse lorry.

3.5 ton LDV Convoy - with ??? diesel engine. X reg (2000). ??? miles. Runs/pulls very well. Always reliable, always starts.

As it's 2.4t unladen there is plenty of payload to carry one horse (up to 15.2hh) or even 2 smaller ponies.

Horse area has windows and is airy and comfortable for the horses. My horse LOVES travelling in it!

There is a small living with storage racks and bench - big enough to store your essential, and also get changed on show days! There is a (lockable) door from this living area into the horse area, which makes tacking up/checking the horse much easier.

It has 12 months MOT and 6 months tax.

It is very easy to drive and can be driven by a 17 year old on a car licence.

The floor and ramp are in excellent condition, with no soft spots. The tail ramp can be opened and closed manually or with hydraulics making this box ideal for people wishing to travel on their own.

This is a smart little van that always gets comments when we are out and I shall be sad to see it go.

Please ring if you have any questions., any sensible offers considered.

Thanks, have tweaked it again.

Do you think I'm asking too much? We paid a fair amount for it (albeit before the recession) as although its not as fancy as some of the brand new boxes it isn't old either and is in much better condition than some of the rust buckets we looked at.
