I'm quite baffled by strangers definition of client and customer!
And yes I would be requesting the laboratory results. I do think vets should always offer them rather than presume their clients do not have the faculties to interpret them/discuss them properly with the vet rather than just have a 'this is the answer' result.
Having read this thread I am very thankful that I have a vet who does this!
