Boss had a nasty bout of colic late Tuesday night and was taken to Bell Equine clinic, he stayed in 2 days, and was discharged on Thursday, fine to carry on normal life, only instruction's were not to take him mad gallops. Didn't have any surgery, he had *lots* of gas, and his small intestine had moved forward.
I didn't do anything Friday with him, as I had a lot on, and yesterday a livery rode him for about 15 Min's in the school yesterday. He was fine, though she did say he felt a bit funny, a bit flat
I went to tack him up this morning, and he just completely flipped out when I put his saddle, and when he got up again, he was twitching - his head was throwing up and down, muscles twitching, he was *really* tucked up and he was striking his back legs onto his tummy
He is eating and pooing, and not really showing any other 'colicky' symptoms, other than being a bit quiet. He hasn't been out on any grass, apart from literally 5 minuets hand grazing yesterday morning.
Vet has said to check him in a hour or so, but I'm worried now
