££ per acre of grazing land. Was told that its about £14k per acre, which to me sounds mega expensive, but is it? Maybe it would be worth that if it had planning permission, or is that just my thoughts??

Depends where you are in the country. Round here recently a pony paddock of quarter of an acre cost £15k! (Essex)

My friend recently purchased a field with her house, the field is 12 acres i believe, and she payed £15k an acre.. we're in cornwall!

Located in South Wilts/North Dorset
Grazing is currently part of a farm that MAY be split up, total acreage of farm is 100 acres. Has water, possiblity of a few farm sheds, but doubt it would ever get PP.

sounds about right, especially if they're going to sell them for equestrian use:rolleyes: check it can be used for equestrian if it's being sold as agri ( if thats what you're intending to use for) our farmer is currently helping a friend of his do change of use on a field as the council have stuck their nose in:rolleyes: ponies have been in there for a few years but suddenly the council insist he need to change from agri to equestrian, more money for them i guess:(
