Is this filly a buskin?

Hi, is my friends filly a buskin? She has 2 blue eyes , sire was palomino and mums bay. Is it unusual for 2 blue eyes? Thanks

I am pretty sure all mammals are born/develop with blue eyes just some darken very quickly others take a long time

From that description I think she could be champagne, mostly because her lower legs aren't very dark and her skin pinkish.
 
Thanks, I was believing the parents colours too much it would seem, now they point out that skin colour it seems obvious!

Thank you, that makes perfect sense. She does have pink skin so she is 100% champagne.

Think the owner of mare as seen stallion and assumed he is palomino but knowing the person who owns him it'll be a quarter horse or along those lines.
