Sorry if this is a daft question but why haven't you phoned them? Whenever I'm selling a horse I prefer buyers to ring me rather than email or text. You can gauge a lot from speaking to a potential purchaser.

When I'm selling a horse I wont reply to emails as I find they are normally from time wasters or kids
