I've been looking for a horse for about two months now, and have been to see a few (some were unsuitable, one i liked got sold) and seeing as what i'm looking for seems about as common rocking horse poo, i have to wonder if i'm not being realistic

I am looking for an 15.2-16.2hh 7-12yo allrounder to do RC type comps on, ultimate aim BE (but realistically no more than PN). Must be good to hack alone and in company and to do, and very essentially willing and honest to jump, and bold but not insane XC!
My budget is probably £4000..is this possible?

I reeeeeally like Charlotta.

Repeats mantra "I must not look at new horses until the baby is born, I must not look at new horses until the baby is born, I must not look ....."

Yes, it is possible but do consider something older as you will get more for your money. A really genuine horse that enjoys jumping but is mannerly will be priced accordingly unless age is not on its side. Pony club type horses can go on well into their 30s so don't be put off if it's older. If you wanted something to go 4* on then obviously age is against it but if you want to learn the ropes at BE100, then an older horse that knows its job would be better. What about this one?
